The website provides general information about Bond IoT and representative IoT applications.

Website content does not constitute:

• A guarantee
• A service-level commitment
• A contractual commitment

The Energy, Utilities, Cold Chain, Assets & Facilities and Retrievals views shown on the website are selected examples. They do not represent:

• The limits of Bond IoT
• Five fixed product packages
• An exhaustive application catalogue
• Guaranteed functionality for every deployment

Bond IoT supports more than 200 applications and more than 200 integrated devices, but each project requires appropriate assessment and confirmation.

IoT requirements vary according to the operating environment.

The following require project-specific assessment and written agreement:

“Device Agnostic” and “Connectivity Agnostic” describe the platform’s flexible integration principles. These statements do not guarantee automatic compatibility with every device, network, protocol or third-party system.

BondAI provides general informational assistance based on approved public Bond IoT knowledge. BondAI responses may be incomplete or require specialist confirmation.

BondAI must not be relied upon as:

• A final technical assessment
• A quotation
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Medical advice
• Safety-critical advice
• Emergency advice
• A binding commercial commitment

Only formally issued and authorised written documents can create a commercial or contractual commitment. BondAI does not have access to customer accounts, live operational data, stored enquiries or the private Bond IoT platform.

The website, Bond IoT brand, logos, design, written material, graphics, platform screenshots and software are owned by or licensed to Bond Innovation Technologies LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No right to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit website content is granted except:

• With prior written permission
• Where expressly allowed
• Where permitted by applicable law

Visitors must not:

• Misuse the website
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Interfere with website operation
• Introduce malicious code
• Scrape the website in a harmful or excessive manner
• Probe or circumvent security controls

Bond Innovation Technologies LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices.

The separate Bond IoT client platform may be governed by additional contractual terms applicable to authorised clients.

The public website, BondAI and individual website features may be:

• Modified
• Suspended
• Withdrawn

Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes on an “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, no implied warranty is made regarding:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted availability
• Suitability for a particular project

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bond Innovation Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on, or inability to use, the public website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Subject to applicable mandatory law, the courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction.

These Terms may be updated when website functionality, operating practices or legal requirements change.

The effective date is updated when a material revision is published.
